Embrace U is a psychiatric-based mental health treatment center in Collierville, TN designed specifically for adolescents aged 10-18. Through individual and group therapy, the program equips young people with tools and strategies to manage mental health conditions, develop communication skills, and build self-esteem. Embrace U offers a comprehensive treatment approach, including medication management, parent support groups, and various types of therapy. We're in network with Optum (United Healthcare) and Blue Cross Blue Shield of TN. We offer intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization programs (PHP). IOP participants come three days a week for about 3 hours per day. PHP participants come five days a week for about 5 hours a day.
